Hi! May we ask for some more information on the feature you are looking for? Would you like to reward your users for submissions?

Could you please provide details on how your reward program will work?

If it's like when someone submitted a form and received a rewards point for it, that can be possible. However, he won't access to know how much points he already has as forms do not have any feature that can facilitate a login system of some sort.

But if you could provide us a more-detailed requirement, maybe we could think of a possible workaround.

it like when someone submitted a form and we can give them a reward for how many points they get. he doesn't need to access to know how much points we can tell them about it. I just want to do redeem. For example, if he has 150 points and 100 points mean he can't get a 100$ discount. And if he wants to redeem it then his points will be 50. he can redeem for every 100 point.

I could be better if we can change the Submission IP and ID too Give Points and Redeem Point.

...he doesn't need to access to know how much points we can tell them about it.

If you can provide more details how the redeem points can be generated, we can provide you with the appropriate suggestions also.

Do you just manually give the points?

If this is the case you can just add another hidden field on your form and you can manually edit the submission data and put number(points) in the hidden field later.

Or if you need a system to generate redeem points base on the provided data by the user from the form, you can do this instead using Calculations feature of the form.

Example in my demo form https://form.jotform.com/92636761123962

In the field "Service Provided" I have assigned a value redeem points to each of the service options selected.

    It work like this :

Let us know if this can work for you or not...

I could be better if we can change the Submission IP and ID too Give Points and Redeem Point.

It is not possible to change/edit submission IP and ID because those data were being generated by the backend system.

Just add about the demo form https://form.jotform.com/92636761123962 , the user doesn't need to see the redeem points generated.

You can hide the data from the user and only you can view it on your form submission data.

If you base it on my demo form, the Calculation field (Redeem Points field) is just like any normal field, so it will show in your form Submission Inbox also.

    Example:

Take note that some fields will be hidden by default in your Inbox.

You may need to include those fields first in your Inbox Settings config option.

You mean to delete the points only and keep the submission of the user? If so, you will need to manually edit their submission through your form's submissions page and resubmit it.

    Guide: How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

By the way, there is no way to implement automatic removal of the redeem points value or specific field values. It needs to be manually removed.
