Unable to submit form multiple times

    Hi Janice,

    If you're referring to this form: Signing Order Request, I can see that you set the Unique Submission setting in the Form Settings to "Check cookies and IP":

    Unable to submit form multiple times Image 10

    This prevents the user from submitting the form multiple times using the same browser and network (in ref to IP Address).

    If you want to enable multiple submissions using a single device for this form, please set this setting to "No Check".
