Restoring the form to its previous state is not working.

I have tried this and it is not working. I have tried clearing caches and cookies and tried on both Microsoft and Google Chrome browsers, and it will not let me revert back to earlier form history. it says it has reverted but keeps using current form.

It seems there are no forms under your account. Could you please share the URL of the form that you are working on? Also, we can try restoring the form to its previous state if you permit us.
