When I clone one of my forms, it's not cloning correctly.

How do I fix it? 

It is different from its original form layout? If yes, you can switch between classic form layout or card form layout in the form settings. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/493-How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout

Also, when you clone a form, make sure to select the correct layout you want it to be cloned.
