Google Sheet: Some of the field's responese are missing

Additionally, I had previously set it up that the submissions go to a google sheet I created and some of the field's responses are missing.

I have manually pushed the missing submissions to your spreadsheet. Please check your spreadsheet again.

In order to prevent the integration to break, we do not recommend even slight changes on the sheet integrated with the form. We suggest that you create a new Google Sheet integration, if you need to change anything on the form.

Please note that the integration may break, if you do any changes to the spreadsheet.

You need to keep the header part of the spreadsheet where the field labels are place intact. Modifying any part of the header will break the integration.
