Hi Jotform, I initially created my account using my personal email (usman97@hotmail.com), but later migrated it to my official email (partner@esighteyewear.com). However, I'm still receiving Jotform emails to my personal address, and I'm unable to unsubscribe (perhaps because this email no longer exists in your system). So I hope that you can manually remove it from your mailing list. Thank you!

As requested, I have unsubscribed your personal email address from our mailing list. It will no longer receive marketing emails from us starting today.
