    Hi,

I'm updating my privacy policy for the website.  Just double checking, do I need to include this in respect of the privacy policy for the jotform aspect of collecting the data.

    Hi @Edusports,

Actually, that is optional in case you already have your own set of a Privacy Policy statement on your website.

You can just inform your users that you are using Jotform to collect their data, then you may add a link to our Privacy Policy notice: https://www.jotform.com/privacy/
