We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Please make sure that the PayPal Checkout integration in your form is completely connected.
It should show like the one in the screenshot below once it is connected.
How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout
If after connection you are still experiencing any issues, you can also try removing the existing PayPal Checkout payment field in your form and then add a new one after.

I have checked your form and it appears that you have deleted the PayPal Checkout payment field in your form.
You can add it back form Form Elements under the Payments tab.
Please set it up after you have added it back to your account — How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout
You need to have a PayPal Business account to setup PayPal Checkout integration with your form.

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/92588142128158 but it seems your PayPal checkout is not connected.
Can you please share in which part of the authentication are you getting the error?
If possible, can you please share a screenshot.
Can you please try to login to your PayPal Business account and then integrate your form with PayPal checkout?
I just tested my sample PayPal checkout integration and I was able to connect using my PayPal business account.
Looking forward for your response.

I have checked your form and it seems you have integrated your form with PayPal Standard.
You may try to test your form using sandbox mode.
