When I try to download my forms they will not save correctly. Why?

When I open the downloaded files it just says " ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - there seems to be an error! We are working on it." When will this issue be resolved?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you let us know how you are trying to downloading the form submissions? Are you trying to downloading the submissions to Excel or PDF from submissions view? I have tried downloading to Excel format and it seems to be working fine at my end. Could you try again and let us know more information to which format you are downloading along with the URL so that we can check further to assist you?
