    How can we incorporate smart address in our form ?

    Hi,

    You can find our Autocompleted Address widget under widgets section to set up that feature.

    To do this you'll need a Google API key. If you already have an API key, you can just copy and paste it into "Google Maps API Key" box at the bottom of the Autocompleted Address widget.
