Fields are not populating properly while using save session

    I am using sessions in Jotform with same procedure of creating 2 forms. When I submit the first one and fill the second form and in case we left the second form after filling some of the fields an email is sent to the user.
    Clicking on that email the remaining form can be filled as desired but when we click on the link all fields stay filled but the "name" and "email" which are pre-populated remain empty.

    I cloned your form and the prepopulate URL works as expected on my end. Please check my screenshot below.
    Are you able to resolve the issue? If not, please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before opening the form.
