Hi, I am currently in the process of creating a form to be embeded into my website wher people can order prints from my online printing service.

I ave managed to get on "Test Order"to work, but other than that I constantly get the message

"Sorry, Only one entry is allowed" . See attached screen shot.

The page isnt live yet but can be accessed at the following link

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Ian.

That error shows if the unique submission feature is enabled in your form settings:

To know more about unique submission, please refer to this guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

To disable the unique submission in your form, you will need to set it to "NO CHECK".
