my account is showing as a free limited account

    Hi,

    I have a Bronze account which i pay annually but when i've logged in today my account is saying its a free 'limited' account and i need to upgrade!!

    I have checked your account and you have canceled your Bronze monthly subscription  I-EMA7KY49GYS6 however, you Bronze yearly subscription I-KN53TR5FL3E3 is still active.

    I have corrected your account and you're in the Bronze subscription.
