Are jotforms only viewable/usable by chrome users? How can non-chrome users view/use the form?

    I created an RSVP using Jotform and a recipient told me she was unable to view the complete form (additional pages) because she doesn't use chrome. (She didn't tell me what browser she uses.) How can non-chrome users easily access the form?

    Hi @NHIWilmington,

    Your forms should be viewable on all browsers.

    I did clone your form ID: https://www.jotform.us/form/92513708464157 and tried on Firefox and Internet Explorer and was able to submit your form. I tried both answering with a No and Yes to the Will you be attending question.

    I did look at your form and saw some of your conditions were missing fields.

    I know you said the user did not tell you the browser they were using but do you know which page they were not able to view?

    Thanks for the quick response. She said she couldn't move beyond the first page to get to the "If you will be attending" question. (I've received other responses, though.)

    I have tested the form in FireFox and Edge but I can't seem to replicate the issue.

    I have cleared the form cache.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks! I went back in and fixed the errors (missing fields) Steven pointed out. I think that may have resolved the issue.
