If I subscribe to any plan, what is the cancellation policy?

    Hi there, I understand we hit our limit for the month. However, we just have this busy month, and hardly any submissions some months. If I delete some of those submissions, will be account still be disabled? Also, if I sign up, what is the cancelation policy? Thanks!

    I checked your account and you reached your 100 submission limit per month. Also, deleting submission data will not help. You need to increase your monthly limit if you want to continue using the form for this month by upgrading your account.
