My Account is Incorrect

    Hello, on 9/13 I upgraded my plan to the Bronze Plan and as pf today its saying You're out of payment submission limit. Upgrade Now.


    I had my form open this entire weekend and have not been able to have anyone register because of this. Can I get some help ASAP?

    I have checked your account solanowdb and it seems you're in the Bronze monthly subscription and its active. You're far from reaching your form limits for the month.

    May we know if you're still having issue with your account and form?

    Hello, 

     Thank you for your response. I reactivated it this morning because there was some issue that downgraded the account over the weekend. As a result no one was able to register online. Is there any way you can look to see if people tried to register but were unsuccessful?

    Unfortunately, we don't have a feature to check if someone tried a submission in your form.
    You may try using the Form Analytics to check form views.
