Deleted forms re-appearing

    Hi there

    We've just logged in to find that dozens of the forms we've deleted have re-appeared in our active folder, whilst those we actually need have landed up in our archive! 

    We're trying to re-enable forms but we've reached our limit so are unable to.  Please help!

    May we know which forms are appearing to be active again?

    I have checked your account and your trash folder is empty.

    To clarify, those forms that are reappearing was purged already or placed inside the trash folder?

    You may try checking your activity logs if the forms was restored.

    Hi, 

    It's mostly the forms that have been archived that we are worried about as they are live and used regularly and so it is stopping us doing our work. When we try to un-archive them it says we've reached our quota however on Friday we were absolutely fine and no where near our quota. This is because so many already deleted forms have re-appeared. Why might this be?


    I can't see on on the activity log this happening at all. This shift would have happened over the weekend as everything was working fine on Friday afternoon.

    We apologize for this inconvenience.

    What I would suggest is to move the unwanted and obsolete forms to the Trash folder and purge them.

    Now restore the required forms from the Archive folder. With the Silver plan settings and with the nature of the forms available in the Archive folder, your account would be in good standing.
