Need to update company name in form URL

Hi, 

We have recently changed company name and I need to updated the URL used in our forms to reflect this.

For example i need -  https://form.jotformeu.com/exterionmedia/hfss-compliance-form

to now be https://form.jotformeu.com/global/hfss-compliance-form

But i need this to be across all forms now.

Am I able to do this myself or does this happen at your end?

Also I need the old links to still work and redirect if possible.

In order to achieve this, you should change your username. Then the custom links will include your new username.

Unfortunately, the old links will not work, if you change the username.

We can change the username for you. Please provide three alternate names in case some of the proposed usernames is not available.
