Integration to Google Spreadsheets not working

I set up the integration with google spreadsheets, tested it, and it's not working. Please see screenshot.

You seem to have previously set up the form to be encrypted. Please note that when a form is encrypted, you can only read/view the data through its submissions page. Integration is possible, but useless since there is no option you can upload your encryption key to the sheet to decrypt the data. 

I believe you have already sorted this out by disabling encryption. You may need to redo the integration to get a new sheet. Note that existing submissions that are encrypted will remain that way since disabling encryption won't decrypt any data.
