Why are ads populating on these forms?

I have two forms in a company wide folder, when forms are added to that folder it should remove the JotForm ads at the bottom. I have attached the two links below, can you let me know why the ads are still populated?

I refreshed the account, where the forms reside. The branding does not appear anymore. Please check the forms again.
