We've been receiving calls from our clients saying they've been getting constant emails from you guys. If this is happening, this needs to stop IMMEDIATELY and they need to be unsubscribed from any email sequences.

This is absolutely unacceptable and pretty sure this is illegal.

Need a response for this matter immediately.

These are one of the clients receiving constant stream of Jotform emails after their submission last week:

Based on the user's email history logs, few minutes after she filled out the form, she received an email to verify her account.

We only send out such email if the user signs up with JotForm. The succeeding emails are promotional/guide emails as part of the newly created account.

It is possible that after she received the autoresponder email, she clicked the link to sign up for JotForm without further checking on it's purpose.

If the sign up is unintentional, you can advise them to delete their account or have them contact us to delete it for them.

If they only want to unsubscribe to marketing emails, they may click the unsubscribe link on any of the emails sent.
