I just want out of Jotform

I applied to take a Lifetime Arts tutorial and a message popped up that next I had to create a Jotform.  I assumed it was part of applying for the tutorial.  I DO NOT WANT A JOTFORM ACCOUNT, SO PLEASE CANCEL

You are on the free plan. So, you can just leave your account and do not use it anymore.
