How can I change the form action to submit data to my own server?

This is the website I am working on, I need to use your front but I want use the data to be sent to my server that is to say change the action form that is currently "https://submit.jotformz.com/submit/92657087929677/"

Finally I wish to eliminate the footer

The form action cannot be changed. You could download the full source code of your form, and hire a developer to help you change it: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Please note that form changes will not be updated, you will have to download the full source code each time you edit the form.

In regards to removing the footer, that is only available for paid customers. However, since you will be using the full source code, host and submit data to your own server, your developer should not have any issues removing it from the source code.
