We lost access to all our forms

    Hi,

    Is it possible to talk with customer service on the phone? I believe our Jotform account was reset and we lost access to all our forms. The links to the form still work but I'm not sure where the data is getting collected. The account is markusf@ywamships.org

    Unfortunately, we don't offer phone support. I checked your email history logs and found notification emails from forms that are owned by another account.

    Since you mentioned the links are still working, those forms are then not deleted. It seems that someone shared with you a form. Please note that the form owner can revoke/unshare their forms with you anytime they want to.

    Also note that forms are shared by email address, so if you have changed your email address, then please contact the form owner and ask them to share the forms again with you using your new email address.
