need to revert current form to the previous form

You can restore your form to the previous state from the form revision itself. Here is how to revert your form to a previously saved state:

Still does not work.  I have followed instructions and even looked at other answer threads to other posts.

I have cleared my browser and even used a different computer but i get the same result.  I am unable to revert to the last known revision
