Problem submitting form

    I have a form at this address http://www.rachelhore.com/wintersong/wintersong2013_apply.html

    It's been working very well up until this morning. All morning the form just won't submit. It hangs on 'Please wait …'

    Need to resolve this quickly.

    Any ideas?

    @zifboxbiz

    I checked your form and i was not able to replicate this issue. I did a test submission successfully and i was redirected to thank you page (refer screenshot).

    There was an issue earlier but was already resolved 2 days ago. Request you to clear your browser cache and try to submit your form again. If you have embedded your form with full source code method, please embed it once again. I am sure this should solve your issue.

    When I submit the form from the JotForm site it's all fine.
    When I submit from anywhere else, including several different machines, (including just now from yet another machine), it still hangs as before.
    Did you submit from that actual site?
    I know there several people that have tried to submit today and have been unable to.
    I'll re-embed the form later tonight and see if that works. I'm on the road at the moment (using my laptop rather than my main machine).
    I'll let you know if the issue continues.

    Yeah, i submitted the form from your website. 

    Please try to re-embed your forms and that should solve your issue. Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate it.

    That seemed to work. Don't really understand what was causing the problem, but all good now.
