No place to edit header image/logo on card form

The prefilled image shows on the preview, but not on the build side. I would like to replace it with my logo. 

I'm referring to the building icon on the linked page

You can replace that icon from the WELCOME PAGE panel. In order to display it and replace the image please follow the steps below.

1-) Find out the EDIT WELCOME PAGE button.

2-) Click on the BUILDING ICON that you want to replace.
3-) Then click on the Remove Image button from the left panel.

4-) Lastly click on the UPLOAD FILE button or choose other options to select an image file.
