We're having issues in stripe payment receipts

Our client reached out to us after first reaching out to Stripe.com with the following issue.

I understand that your customers are seeing a strange message on their bank statements. I found one example: "FormID: 81056959981169". This seems to coincide with the switch to SCA ready payments. Basically, SCA is a new regulation in the European Union that requires all websites, even websites outside of the EU, to have strong customer authentication. This is most likely the issue as the problem began around September 10th, 4 days before SCA went into effect.

Go ahead and reach out to Jotform support and let them know that the statement descriptor is being changed. They should know what you are talking about. I'll provide a link to their support page below:

Can you please help us resolve this.

We are completely ready to Strong customer authentication (SCA) for only product and Donation payment types. We are testing on a lot of forms currently. We are still upgrading to SCA for Subscriptions and it will be ready too in a few days then we are going to open to all users.

You can wait a few days or if you want, We are able to open the SCA changes to your forms. Kindly list down all the form URL that you want to be SCA compliant (a form with stripe integration) and we will forward it to our backend team.

    Looking forward to your response.
