Sudden changes to my form I did not make!?

    It seems that "someone" or "something" is doing changes to my form! 

    Suddenly the langage is English (though in the settings it is still German), the change I made to the alerts were reversed (I didn't change anything there), conditions are deleted (I didn't touch those) and so forth.

    I know it sounds crazy and it is!

    I am still testing your product. What if it is live and such thins happen? I cannot even phone up anyone... 

    What is going on?

    For example, the icon on the start page was also changed. I did not do that!

    Hi @Idee_RK!

    Upon checking your Revision History on your form, it shows the changes came from your account.

    It is impossible for changes to be made by another party if access has not been given to the account. By chance is there anyone else who has access to your account? Or perhaps, your account was logged in and someone had access to your computer?

    I use a strong password on all levels (on my computer, for jotform), no one but me has access. I am certain there was no other human being making changes to my form. I do not dispute the changes of last Friday, but those of yesterday (Tuesday).

    For example, I never changed the rule of what should happen if a field in the form is left blank. It should just not appear on the PDF. Suddenly, left blank fields showed random content, such as "United States" in the country field. Until then, if left blank, nothing appeared (like intended).

    Now if I view the versions of my form and choose the current version, things are in German (as intended):


    But if I preview my form, things are back to English:


    I was so happy having found jotform, since this is basically what I need. But with these bugs, I am thinking of giving up and trying something else :-(

    I have now duplicated my form, deleted the old one and made the changes to the duplicated one. Now it is back to where I wanted and I hope it stays that way...
