My form doesn't seem to be to mobile friendly, and I'm building it specifically to integrate into my mobile app. The problem I having has to do with zooming. When used on my phone (iphone) the screen automatically zooms in when clicking some questions, specifically date & time questions. It gives a terrible look and does not automatically zoom out. Any suggestions to fix this? I've included a link to the form & tried to include a screen shot but, your system will not allow it (file to big).

May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

Please note that the zooming functionality on iOS is more related on the device, the website's viewport and how the browser is rendering the page.

You may change your Font-size of your field elements to 16px. This will prevent the IOS zoom function on the fields.
