Form hangs

    Tried testing the form with real and fake credit cards and upon submitting the BUY NOW button, the button hangs with no error on "please wait"


    On the back end of FirstData, under Transcations, I do see the fake CC's come hrough but it's quite slow. Secondly, there are no error codes parsing out to the user. I also used a real CC (my own) and the form hangs.


    Can you check your UTC time stamp

    I would recommend you to embed the form via the iFrame method. You can check and follow this guide:

    https://eu.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    The form will be called inside an iFrame and it will not conflict with anything on your page.

    Please try to embed your form via iFrame and let us know, if the issue still persists.
