I am trying to import a Fillable PDF Form. I do to: Create a Fillable PDF Form, I click Import PDF Form, I click upload File and it show Import Failed. It is not giving me a fillable form, just the form where it is not fillable. I also tried the other method, New PDF, Select New PDF Form, Import PDF Form and it is still Failing and giving me a form that is not fillable?

Apologies, however I am not sure I understand your issue. The link you have provided is already fillable form that was based on your imported Fillable PDF.
Are you trying to create a new one? Please share a screencast on what steps you have taken.

JoyceStanleyReplied on September 27, 2019 at 1:39 AMIf you notice the picture of the form on the first page where it says start
filling, that form is different from the fillable form. That form is last
years and is completely different. When you click on start filling, that is
the correct form. When we go to our website we have the correct form that
they are filing out but when they ask for a receipt it gives them a receipt
showing last years amount of $30 and the correct filled form should be $25.
Even when I am in JotForm revising the form, the form on the right of the
screen is last year's form.
I can't get it to do a download for this years fillable form. I followed
the instructions that were sent to me but when I get to the import it keeps
saying Import failed, must have a fillable form.

Thank you for the additional information.
Could you please share the console report from your browser when the import failed issue occurs?
Here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
So we can see what is causing the problem.
Thank you!

console, nothing came up and it did not allow me to do anything.
I think one of the two files below is what you might want. The error is
that when someone is signing up for our event, they are getting a receipt
that is showing last years information and that is incorrect. My form on:
https://form.jotform.com/JoyceStanley/paddlepuntagorda is the correct
form but that is not the form that is being printed for the people signing
up. Please advise as our event is coming up and we have gone live on our
website. When a person signs up for the event, the first page that says
START FILLING (that is the page that is showing 2017 information). Then
when they hit START FILLING, the correct form comes up and they fill it
out. But when they request a receipt, it goes back and gives them 2017
information and I think that is one of the files listed below. Please
advise as soon as possible.

Hi Joyce,
I was able to replicate the concern that you mentioned. I believe what you're trying to achieve is that the changes made with the converted webform should also reflect in the imported PDF.
Unfortunately, that is not possible. You can only add a new form field to the online form. The PDF form cannot be changed.
I would suggest modifying the fillable PDF first then import that again.
