How do I add text on top of a picture? I would like to add the 'It's not what we have in our life...." onto the blue t shirt.

To clarify, are you trying to create a PDF form or PDF document?
Can you please share the form in question?
Checking from your screenshot, it seems you're trying to edit in the PDF editor.
You can add a Box element to enclose the Image field and header field.
1) add a Box element
2) add the image inside the Box element
3) insert the Heading element inside the Box above the image

We can try with custom CSS code. But, it seems the link you shared is a card form. Do note that it is not possible to inject custom CSS in card forms.
However, upon checking, it seems there are no images in the form. Could you please make sure that the URL you shared is correct?
