How can i send the form as PDF attachement in notification email when someone submit it.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your email. When I look at your PDF Attachment, it looks different then mine as on my screen it says New Document 1 and the pdf attachment is not working. Can you please advise me where is the problem and also my form don’t have any HIPA information, does it still have to be password protected in order to get form as pdf attachment.
