I am from a company called CRG who are responsible for the HCL Workforce Solutions website. We have a complaints section that is submitted to your URL https://form.jotformpro.com/61792878541974

Would it be possible to reset this account? We have no way of accessing this information

The form owner no longer works for this company. We have no details of who this has been transferred to

Since you've mentioned that the person no longer works for HCL Workforce Solutions, I would request you to please get in touch with HCL Workforce Solutions regarding this to change the email address registered to this account. 

Only then can the account be accessed.

Also, I'm afraid, without a request from HCL Workforce Solutions, we would not be able to change the email address from our end too.
