How can my clients upload video using Jotform?

    I know they can upload files, and I was even able to link it to my dropbox. But for example an .mp4 video that a client sent me, can't be upload it with these options.

    Is there any other way?

    Also, I am working my Membership sites and Sales Pages with Kartra. I wan to link Jotform with Kartra, is it possible? Or an I embed a Jotform in Kartra?

    MP4 format is not included by default in allowed file extensions. You can use the asterisk * to allow all file types with File Upload field.
