My form is split into 3 pages. It works fine sometimes, however there are caching issues sometimes. The back button shows on the first page and the next button is unresponsive. Also the hints dont appear. If I press a control F5 or clear my cache, it starts working. Please let me know how to fix this problem, since this form is sent to different customers who wont be aware of this.

    Hi,

I was not able to reproduce this problem when I tested your form in your website.

Just the same, I have cleared your form's cache on our end. So, any cache delay related issues should be cleared by now.

I did noticed also in your website page that the html doctype was not declared. Most of the time, it necessary to properly declare this so that the page will easily understood the type of document to expect on the page.

Please inform us if the issues persist.

    Thanks.

This issue exists for me ony on chrome. And a few customers have complained about the buttons being unresponsive. Also there are other customers who have successfully submitted the form. Its an intermittent issue. Here is the snapshot in chrome. Please note that the snapshot is of the first sheet which has a back button(which shouldnt have been the case), missing hints and a proceed to add prices button which is unresponsive.

Yes if I clear my cache the error doesnt persist. But I cannot expect my customers whom I send the form to, to do the same. Please understand the importance of the problem because from a customers view, it gives a bad impression that we arent doing our basics right and lose trust on us.

    Hi there,

Have you embedded the form on a web site?

If so, perhaps this mayhelp.  Replace the embed code on your form with the following:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.jotform.me/jsform/30623069766459?clearcache"></script>

    in stead of:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.jotform.me/jsform/30623069766459"></script>

Please let us know if that helps!
