Not able to delete forms

Hello, I am trying to delete some forms and it doesn't work. It says "form deleted undo/dismiss" but the form is still there. I refresh the page, disable the form again and nothing happens. Please fix this ASAP

Which form are you unable to delete? A form that you created or some form that is shared with your account? Please provide us a form URL.
