    Hello,

We've had issues with people trying to submit one of our forms and getting directed to a page that says "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed." They have not previously submitted a form, so we are unsure why this could be happening. Any help you could provide would be great, thanks!

    Hi @TUGSA,

I do apologize for the inconvenience your users are experiencing trying to submit your form.

I looked at your Form ID: 63386445472160 and saw you enabled both the Unique Submission and Unique question on your Form.

1569434826Screen Shot 2019 09 25 at 11 Screenshot 10For Unique Submissions, you have enabled both Check Cookies(loose check) and IP address(strict check). This could be causing the issue for your users.

If you select Strict Check, people in the same network (in the same school, college, university, institution) will not be able to make submissions, as the IP address for the network would be the same. If you are considering the target audience as students in the same school, Loose Check should be chosen.

With Check Cookies, this means that the form is looking for a browser cookie to check for multiple submissions.

    Guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

Do you know if any of the users that are getting the error using the same IP address? If so you can change the Unique Submission to Check Cookies only.

    Waiting for your response.

    Thank you
