I already cleaned all the old forms, please fix the form over quota error message

Last week I had the same problem with over quota, and was recommended to clean all old forms. 

But unfortunately is not working again, someone can help us to fix it please?

I cleared your form cache on our server and recalculated the File Upload Storage to fix the issue. 

Your forms are now working properly.
