Information not saving though continue forms later is enabled on form

Hey,

We send our forms to people for submissions.

We've some long forms with some condition settings.

People filling the forms but then they click to save&Continue later button.

They get an email with the link to continue later. 

They click the link in the email but they see most of their texts/filled details are lost. 

How can i reach the forms saved to continue later but not submitted yet?

Because thats a long one you know. People don't want to fill all the fields again.

If you wish to check who attempted to save their progress, go to your form's SUBMISSIONS PAGE > then click the INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS icon.

This would open a modal popup listing all the pending submissions so far, along with their respective SESSION IDs.

To view their current progress, copy the SESSION ID and append it to the URL below:

https://www.jotform.com/XXXXXXXXXXXX?session=YY-YYY-YYYY

Where XXXXXXXXXXXX is your FORM ID and YY-YYY-YYYY is the SESSION ID you grabbed from the SUBMISSIONS PAGE.
