How do I get the calculations to work correctly?

I am trying to create a lunch order form that does not accept payments. I took one of your templates and have started to change the item names and amounts; but, when I test the calculations, they do not work. Can you please look at this and tell me what I need to correct?

I have been checking your form and it seems to be calculating correctly according to the formulas you have, for example, for the Monday menu the formula is this: 

This is what shows upon typing a quantity: 

Kindly note that you can actually change the calculations by clicking on the Form Calculation widget (Subtotal) and clicking the wand icon, this way you can change the value the input is being multiplied with. 

If you are still not getting the expected result, please kindly provide us more details about the output you expected, we will be happy to have another look to your form.
