Account Upgrade

    Hi There, 
    I am trying to create new forms, and have upgraded my account to gold.  It says that Gold is my current level, however whenever I click to create a new form it says that my account only has a 5 form limit and will not let me create. 

    Can you please ensure our upgrade is complete?

    Hi @auevents,

    I checked your account username auevents and it is under the Silver subscription level currently. I see on 9/25/2019 paid for Gold subscription and the same date changed to Silver subscription.

    FYI, you can also view your invoices on your account settings page under the Billing section.

    But you should still be able to create a form since with a Silver account, you have a limit of 100 forms. After checking your limits you are way under that limit.
