Account Suspended: How to reactivate it?

    Hello,

    I cannot see the forms I have created and the links are not showing up the forms in that account. Can you please fix it ASAP? I cannot log in to my account either. I have worked lots of hours on those forms!

    Apologies for the inconveniences this caused. 

    I have been reviewing your account and it seems to have been suspended due to a form which triggered our anti-phishing system; however, I cannot find the form in your account anymore so I went ahead and reactivated it.
