In the save and continue later option. When a user fills out some parts of the forms and clicks save and doesn't continue to the final page. When I go into my submissions, I can't find his/her entries. Is there a way to see what he/she has entered before he clicked save and continue later

You can see the Incomplete submissions in the form's Submission page as shown below:

In order to view the data you will need to copy the session value and replace it on your main form URL, example:

    https://www.jotform.com/92562960445564?session=SessionValue

    I hope this helps.

Is there another workaround where I can see the entered fields as I would normally see it in the submissions tab as pdf or excel. maybe have a designated submit button one each entry but one that doesnt end the form but allows the user to go to the next page or question

The submissions in PDF or Excel will only contain the completed form entry data and not the incomplete submission.

You can add multiple Submit buttons in the form, but each Submit button will actually end the form and submit it.

Sorry, but it would not be possible to view the form while being filled by another user.
