Jot Form Logo covering up submission button again

Good morning.

This is the second time I've written about the jot form Logo and referral information mysteriously moving up and covering the submission button on my site.  We fixed it once and unfortunately I can't find your last response to me. 

However, I checked on my site and it's doing it again and I'm mystified as to why because I haven't changed anything.

The branding at the bottom of the form will be entirely removed only when you upgrade the account. For all Free plans, the branding appears at the bottom of the form.

However, upon checking. I came across your old thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1662072. Please check if the code provided in this thread will resolve. Else, you would need to upgrade your account.  

It did not work this time, but it did before. I even increased the space from 200 to 250 and nothing changed. It wasn’t like this when I first used the form. I understand it will only be removed when I upgrade, but I don’t mind it being there, and I am an extremely small business who works mainly for free and on sliding scale with hospice patients and their families.
Something has changed and it is NOT on my end.
Can you please tell me how to fix it?
