Problem with integration Dropbox

    For 3 of my forms I made a integration with Dropbox.

    Jotform creates PDF's which are placed in a Dropbox named Jotform.

    Since yesterday something strange is happening: the names of de PDF's are different from the Submission ID which is made by Jotform.

    For example: Jotform creates 230123343815473599 as submission ID in our database. But the PDF is stored in Dropbox as: 230123343815473599-230123343815473599 (is double the submission ID).

    It's a huge problem for us: we use several scripts in our business operational system. These scripts add PDF's to mails. But these scripts don't work anymore, because of the 'double named' PDF's.


    Can you help me?

    Hi there, 

    Have you tried managing the integration?

    Simply go to "My Forms" page and select the form.  Once the form is selected press the "Submissions" button at the top of the page.

    Once there, simply follow the instructions of the image above.

    Please let us know if that solves your issue.
