The form is not sending a PDF report after submission.

    Hi, I'm having issues with the output for two forms...

    - the form is not sending a PDF after submission. I think I turned it off? When it was doing so, it wasn't showing the information in the same order as is on the form.

    - can someone help me make sure it submits a PDF with the same info as on the form (in the same order)

    1) The first form has the PDF attachment feature enabled in the notification and autoresponder, so it should be sending them on each submission:

    Please note that you can also try creating a new one if the current one is not updated with all your form fields:

    2) The second form is not sending the PDF report, because the PDF Attachment feature is disabled in the autoresponder, and notification:
