Is it possible to have the form data populated by more than one person?

    We have a form in Outlook that gets filled out by one person. It goes to accounting and accounting forwards the form back with some additional information. Is it possible to create a workflow like this in Jot Form?  

    We have another form that gives a status of something. We forward it to a team every time we get update status information. We keep adding data and passing it back and forth between team members. Is that possible with jot form?  


    Our plan is to embed the forms on our Intranet Portal instead of using them through outlook.

    You can create an approval process with JotForm. It should fit your requirements. You will use e-mail notifications, autoresponders, hidden fields, edit submissions links, widgets and conditions.

    E-mails will be used to send emails to your staff or anyone needed in the approval process. Edit submissions links will be used along with conditions to trigger an action based on the URL, where the form is being filled out. You can check and follow this walkthrough:
