Adding texts, number fields, date fields, and signature fields to form

    Hi,

We are a Staffing firm in California. We are in need of a product that allows us to send out customized forms through a web link to job candidates with some text, 2-3 fields (numbers, dates) and a drawing board that would allow candidates to sign that form with a stylus or finger. The form after submission should come back to us via email as an image.

The link that was sent to the job candidate should expire immediately after the form is submitted.

The form should also have an admin section to create new forms for new job candidates. It should have the capability to add/delete text and fields as necessary.

Your product looks promising, I do wonder if it can fulfill our specific requirements.

Looking forward to hear from you.

You can use the Text element to include texts on your form.

Then, we have field types specifically designed to accept only dates and only numbers.

As for the field where your respondents can put in their signature, you can use any of our Signature widgets.

As for your second and third concerns,  I have moved both to separate threads considering those are about different topics and to avoid confusion. Below are the links to the new threads below.

2nd — The link that was sent to the job candidate should expire immediately after the form is submitted. https://www.jotform.com/answers/1979813

3rd — The form should also have an admin section to create new forms for new job candidates. It should have the capability to add/delete text and fields as necessary. https://www.jotform.com/answers/1979816

We will be replying to those threads shortly.
